OPEN MEETINGS
All regularly scheduled Board meetings will be open to all stakeholders of Muskegon Catholic Central (MCC). Non-Board members are allowed to address the Board during a designated time in the meeting. If someone other than a Board member wishes to present a matter to the Board, they must obtain approval from the Board President at least three (3) business days before the meeting. The request for public comment should be submitted in writing using the Muskegon Catholic Central Board of Trustees Public Comment Form, which is available on the MCC website and in the MCC Business Office. The Board President will review the request before granting approval and may determine if an ad-hoc committee or special meeting with the Executive Committee is necessary to address the issue appropriately.
